  • Lessee shall pay Lessor a monthly aircraft access fee of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00). Lessee agrees to Lessor an hourly lease fee of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for occupied flights and Two Hundred and Seventy-Five Dollars for unoccupied flights, also referred to as positioning flights. Flight Time will be billed in increments of one-tenth (1/10th) of each hour, measured by the Aircraft’s Flight Meter recording equipment, plus sales tax and any other taxes imposed on Lessee’s use of the Aircraft. Flight Time shall be measured from aircraft takeoff to landing for each flight. At the end of each day of flying, or as soon thereafter as possible, Lessor will invoice Lessee for all Flight Time used by Lessee during that period, if any. Lessee agrees to pay invoices for fees within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.

    Lessee shall pay Lessor the amount of One Thousand and Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00) prior to the first lease period and at annual policy renewal for the additional premium charged by the Aircraft insurer to add Lessee to the Aircraft insurance policy.  Such reimbursement amount is subject to change as determined by the Aircraft insurer.  Lessee agrees to pay the amount of any increased reimbursement determined by the Aircraft insurer.
